Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and upholding company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer and proactively approach them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
  • Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
  • Promote company programs, such as customer loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
  • Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.

Requirements

  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Golf industry experience is preferred.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 15-35 lbs. items occasionally.
  • Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
