Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or a related field.
  • Licensure in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
  • Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience in delivering behavioral health services through evidence-based methodologies for children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Work Environment: On-site at our designated office.

  • All candidates will undergo a background check post-offer. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of this process.

  • Competitive Salary: Our Behavioral Health Therapists earn an average of $116,467 annually, working a 4-day week. Our top 5 therapists achieve an average of $135,759+, also on a 4-day schedule.
