About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Abbington Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents with ambulation and mobility, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance, promoting residents' dignity and comfort.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Act as a pleasant and supportive companion, engaging with residents and promoting social interaction.
  • Report any unusual incidents or concerns to management, ensuring resident safety and well-being.
  • Respond quickly and responsibly in emergency situations, prioritizing resident care.
Requirements
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Respectful and compassionate attitude towards residents and colleagues.
  • Good time management skills, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, engaging with residents and colleagues.
  • Strong ethics and integrity, upholding the values of Abbington Senior Living.
  • Physical endurance, able to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Work Environment

This is a full-time, part-time, weekend, PRN, and grave position, requiring flexibility and adaptability. The ideal candidate will be able to work a variety of shifts, including day, evening, night, and overnight shifts.

Location

This role is based at one location, with the ability to commute or relocate to Lehi, UT 84043.
