Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:
Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to work in a skilled nursing facility in Adel, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing occupational therapy services to patients with various medical conditions. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve their functional capabilities.

Responsibilities:
Assess patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions
Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patients' functional capabilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering treatments and educating patients and families
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient

Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited school of occupational therapy
Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or in the process of obtaining licensure
Current CPR certification
