Voice AI Platform Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Voice AI Platform Engineer to lead the deployment of AI modules into production environments and collaborate with algorithm engineers to optimize the modules' power consumption and memory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the deployment of AI modules into production environments, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
- Collaborate with algorithm engineers to optimize AI modules for power consumption and memory usage, ensuring the best performance across various platforms.
- Support the engineering implementation of AI algorithms, including development using C/C++, DSP platform porting, and performance optimization.
- Deploy and optimize neural network (NN) models on NPU or CPU platforms, focusing on maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI modules into existing systems and workflows.
- Conduct testing and validation of AI modules and NN models to guarantee performance standards are met in production environments.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for AI modules, including deployment processes, optimization strategies, and system integration guidelines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in C/C++ development, DSP platform porting, and optimization.
- Experience in AI module deployment, knowledge of AI frameworks and tools, AI algorithms and neural network models.
- Experience with NPU and CPU-based NN model deployment and optimization, understanding of power consumption and memory optimization techniques.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with algorithm engineers and global teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing AI performance in production environments.
