Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Counselor to join our team at AppleOne. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for conducting regular training sessions, attending recruitment events, and providing ongoing support to designated providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for existing providers, including one-on-one and group sessions.
  • Attend and participate in recruitment events to attract new providers to our program.
  • Handle escalated provider issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring swift resolutions.
  • Collaborate with clients, fellow contractors, and stakeholders to communicate and implement operational policy changes.
  • Stay up-to-date on project details and changes, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Travel extensively as part of this role, visiting various locations to conduct training and outreach activities.
  • Fulfill additional assignments as directed by management, supporting the growth and development of our outreach program.
