Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication and Customer Service: Develop and maintain effective relationships with our agents and customers through clear and concise communication, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Underwriting and Transaction Processing: Process endorsements, renewals, and other insurance transactions with precision and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilize daily reports to monitor and analyze personal lines business, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Team Support: Assist in other duties and underwriting projects as assigned, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop a strong working relationship with our agents, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Associate degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in customer service or office administration is also beneficial.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and current technology is essential, as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship building.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: A desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
