MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team as a Cardiac Ultrasound Technologist. This travel assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in Bangor, Maine, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About the Role

  • Prepare patients for examinations, perform 2-dimensional echoes, M-mode, and Doppler studies under the direction of supervising physicians in the Non-Invasive Cardiology Lab.
  • Preliminary interpretation of echocardiography studies, preparation and maintenance of patient records.
  • Assist supervising physicians with training residents, fellows, faculty, and other physicians on multiple echocardiography platforms and technology.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Achieved successful completion of an accredited training course in cardiac technology and cardiac ultrasound.
  • Proficient in reading, interpreting, applying, and following physician orders, policies, procedures, or written and verbal instructions.
