As an Independent Optometrist within our retail locations, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional eye and vision care while promoting overall health and wellness.

Your Responsibilities...

In this independent role, you will have the freedom to:

  • Determine your practice days
  • Set your operational hours
  • Manage your patient appointments
  • Establish your fee structure
  • Retain 100% of your examination and professional fees
For a competitive market rate, you may choose to access:
  • Necessary equipment and instruments
  • Administrative and/or Optometric Technician support services (subject to state regulations)
Essential Qualifications for Leasing:
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited institution
    • Valid state optometry license
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
    • Valid state ophthalmology license
  • General Liability Insurance Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
  • W-9 form
