Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled LPN / LVN to join our team for a travel assignment in Andover, Massachusetts. As a skilled nurse, you will work with complex wound dressings, rehabilitation, tube feedings, or rapidly changing health status. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients with complex medical needs
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct wound care and dressing changes as needed
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the physician
  • Document patient care and progress in the medical record

Requirements:

  • Current LPN / LVN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN / LVN
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
