Electra Link, a leading provider of cabling solutions, is seeking an experienced Cabling Project Manager to oversee the successful completion of structured cabling projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

About the Role

This role involves overseeing project planning, scheduling, and implementation to ensure the timely and accurate installation of structured cabling systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale projects with teams of 6 or more members, coordinating project materials and labor, and maintaining quality control and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project manager.
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, including personnel management, material coordination, and administrative duties.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure clear expectations and updates are provided.
  • Ensure all closeout documentation is completed, including test results, as-built drawings, and warranty submissions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in structured cabling, construction management, or a related field.
  • BICSI certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills across various levels, from internal team members to clients.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
