We are seeking a professional moving company captain to join our team at College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing hands-on labor, moving, and junk removal services to our residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure 110% satisfaction from our clients.
- Operate safely at all times and conduct daily truck inspections to ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are on hand.
- Price jobs aggressively and meet or exceed benchmarks for revenue growth.
- Make logistical decisions to ensure efficient completion of jobs and maximize revenue.
- Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of our company, including building leaders, always branding, listening, fulfilling, and delighting.
- Train new hires on day-to-day operations and core values.
- Complete daily checklists and prevent careless and costly mistakes.
- Check-in regularly with direct supervisor for additional assignments and guidance.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid/Active Driver's License.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Drug and alcohol-free.
- Ability to pass a federal background check.
