We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Le Moyne's Chophouse, a fine dining restaurant located within The Admiral Hotel. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly and ensure their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Food and Beverage Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of our menu offerings, including food and beverage pairings.
- Order Taking and Delivery: Accurately take orders and deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Table Management: Manage tables effectively, ensuring efficient service and minimizing wait times.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with the culinary team, bartenders, and management to ensure seamless service.
- Cash Handling and Payment Processing: Accurately process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Confidentiality and Security: Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and adapt to changing situations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Minimum one year of serving experience in a fine dining restaurant.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.
- Certifications: Food safety training and certification as required by law.
