Job Description:

As a Business Systems Analyst III at Syntricate Technologies, you will work with our IT services team to support a large enterprise user population. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing, coordinating, and administering software license solutions, as well as working with team Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to allocate and monitor IT resources.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and recommend solutions based on business analysis and technical requirements.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements to support the distribution of IT equipment.
  • Manage 0365 application requests and project data gathering as assigned.
  • Develop and document business cases, scopes, and plans, as well as business and functional requirements in IT tracking systems.
  • Identify IT adoption opportunities for new software services and question proposed technical solutions.
  • Provide cost analysis of invoice submissions to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Identify and validate business objectives and generate solutions that align with the greater strategy and IT standards.
  • Document and assign requests/tasks to the appropriate support teams, including any gathered requirements and analysis.
  • Participate in technical projects assisting support teams and assist in device refresh efforts.
  • Perform asset data maintenance, generate, and analyze reports.
  • Generate asset tracking reports and forecasts as needed for planning and budgeting.
  • Assist with licensing and compliance activities and reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Excel, and Power BI.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in IT Asset Management related support roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in technical projects, handle day-to-day task management, prioritization, support, and provide effective communications with team members.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with management, peers, and customers via reports, email, and verbal updates.
