Position Overview

As a key member of our workforce, you will be tasked with operating our laser machinery to consistently produce high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Selection and Program Operation: Ensure appropriate materials and programs are employed for effective machine functioning.
  • Quality Control: Perform comprehensive inspections to uphold product integrity.
  • Operational Assistance: Utilize equipment such as cranes and tow motors as necessary.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain rigorous safety protocols and a tidy work environment.
  • Adaptability: Be prepared to undertake additional tasks as assigned by your Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential. We welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and develop.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, and navigate the facility.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Mandatory use of safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety-toed footwear.
Work Environment
  • Industrial setting with typical elements such as noise, dust, odors, and fumes.
  • Conditions are manageable, with no extreme discomfort.
  • Be prepared for moderate heat during warmer months.
