Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cashier Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional member service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process member transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting them with purchasing decisions
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Collaborate with other associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent member service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
