Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Orthopedic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Newport Orthopedic Institute. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic images and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to produce diagnostic images
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
  • Review and assess images for quality and completeness
  • Collaborate with physicians to provide high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Stay current with advancements in radiologic technology and participate in continuing education
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
  • Current state license (CRT) and ARRT certification
  • Proven experience in a clinical radiology setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
