Starbucks Barista

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Starbucks team as a Barista. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, preparing high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service and ensuring that every guest leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food, including Starbucks' signature drinks and menu items.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee bar, dining area, and stockroom.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
