Job Description:

We seek a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team at our upscale apartment community in West Henrietta, NY. The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential maintenance, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, installing and maintaining air filters, smoke detectors, and CO sensors
• Complete assigned work orders, receiving priorities from supervisors and working independently or in teams as required
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing problems, perform simple carpentry tasks, and assist with loading/unloading trucks and moving equipment and furniture
• Shovel and salt walkways to clear snow and ice, maintain inventory stock and keep tools and equipment in good repair
