Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
  • Support and participate in store recovery, maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor
  • Initiate and participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Capable of multi-tasking and responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
