About the Role

Azure Summit Technology is seeking a skilled Technical Lead to spearhead the development of cutting-edge RF systems software solutions. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for executing research and development of complex SIGINT, EW, radar, communications, and other RF mission systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams in requirements analysis and specification, software design, implementation, integration, testing, and installation
  • Collaborate with engineers to develop and deliver high-performance RF hardware, firmware, and software products
  • Design and implement complex signal processing algorithms and applications on GPUs
  • Maintain and improve existing systems while adapting to emerging technologies and customer needs
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as an embedded and software engineer
  • Strong knowledge of digital signal processing, algorithm development, and modeling and simulation using C/C++, Python, and MATLAB
  • Experience working with ARM processors and SoC systems
  • Previous experience designing or working with SIGINT, EW, COMINT, geolocation, or DSP systems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development.
