  • Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to ensure optimal care and well-being.
  • Pursue ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the care team to provide comprehensive support and assistance to residents.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor to ensure seamless care delivery.

Education and Experience

  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required for this role.
  • A minimum of six months' experience in long-term care settings is preferred.
  • Demonstrate ability to complete State CNA course and obtain necessary certifications.
