The Palmetto GBA is seeking an experienced Administrative Leadership Specialist to lead the administration of government program functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring performance and budgetary compliance with CMS guidelines. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to interact regularly with federal and state agency liaisons.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with CMS directives.
- Analyze performance trends and develop new or modified work processes to improve overall operations quality, timeliness, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
- Direct, develop, evaluate, and motivate subordinates to achieve and maintain production and quality standards.
- Serve as a liaison and maintain proactive working relationships with CMS and other Medicare program leadership or state leadership as needed by contract definition.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 11 years of job-related experience including 6 years of progressively responsible health-related work experience.
- Either 5 years of management experience OR 5 years of equivalent military experience in grade E4 or above.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning.
