We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Professional to join our team at Highmark Health. As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
About the PositionIn this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care. You will also be responsible for completing patient documentation in a comprehensive manner in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements that promotes interdisciplinary communication.
The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Essential Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, protocols, and standards of the healthcare organization.
- Complete patient documentation in a comprehensive manner in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements that promotes interdisciplinary communication.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- A current State of PA RN licensure or Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
