Senior Psychotherapist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Psychotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Titan Ventures. As a Senior Psychotherapist, you will be responsible for the professional and organizational management of our clinic and team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Treatment Spectrum: Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for mental and psychosomatic disorders and illnesses, including acute medicine and rehabilitation.
• Therapy Options: Provide multimodal therapy options, including individual and group psychotherapies, to address burnout syndromes, depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.
• Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor employees to ensure high-quality patient care and team performance.

Requirements:

• License and Experience: Hold a license as a Psychological Psychotherapist and have previous experience with group therapy concepts and senior psychotherapeutic roles.
