We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team as a CT Technologist. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating Computed Tomography equipment, preparing patients for examinations, and ensuring that all necessary information is obtained for the physician to make a diagnosis.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Computed Tomography equipment and prepare patients for examinations
- Ensure that all necessary information is obtained for the physician to make a diagnosis
- Assist in the management of patient flow and present images for physician diagnosis
- Operate x-ray and auxiliary equipment and process images
- Maintain and clean equipment
- Maintain required documentation
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
- New York State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registered Technologist (R.T.)
- ARRT registration in Computed Tomography (CT) within 18 months of entry date into position
- Previous experience as a Radiology Technologist, including CT experience
