We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

As a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Assistant with CareConnect USA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
  • Administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certification as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA).
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency.
  • Demonstrated adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills.
  • To be at least 18 years old.
