• Team Leadership: Hold team members accountable to delivering the Massage Envy client experience consistently, while also controlling expenses per service and managing inventory or supplies.
• Training and Development: Participate in new service and product launches, and provide in-depth product and service training to help team members keep their skin care skills strong and knowledge fresh.
• Client Retention: Deliver an amazing, safe, and therapeutic experience with every service, and become a trusted adviser for estheticians to help them pursue their career goals.
