Dialysis Technician

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at TalentBurst, Inc.

This role requires a minimum of 12 months of recent dialysis experience and certification as a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT).

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment information.
• Assist licensed nurses with pre- and post-dialysis patient assessments and documentation.
• Monitor and document dialysis treatment parameters on Dialysis Flow Sheets.
• Report significant information or changes in patient condition to the supervisor.
• Initiate basic CPR measures in emergency situations and respond to dialysis-related emergencies.

• Previous patient care experience in a hospital or clinical setting, with dialysis procedures and machine experience required.
• Successful completion of a training course in hemodialysis theory and practice.
• CPR certification.
• High school degree or G.E.D.
• Education in physical sciences and/or training in laboratory techniques preferred.
