The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled and compassionate registered nurse with at least one year of experience in ambulatory care nursing. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized plans of care, and providing education to patients and families. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.

About the Role:

  • You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care in our ambulatory clinics.
  • Responsibilities include assessing patients' needs, applying current ambulatory care nursing knowledge, and prioritizing patient care in accordance with Evidence-Based Practice Standards of Care.
  • You will demonstrate awareness of legal issues, patients' rights, and compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies.
  • In addition to your clinical expertise, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of quality healthcare practice and organizational outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
  • Minimum one year experience in ambulatory care nursing; cardiology experience preferred
