  • Diagnose both electrical and mechanical issues within HVAC systems.
  • Conduct cleaning, adjustments, and repairs on systems, including warranty services.
  • Respond to emergency repair requests efficiently.
  • Provide technical guidance and on-site training to team members.
  • Maintain daily logs and records of all maintenance activities.
  • Ensure adherence to appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Follow service standards, work instructions, and meet customer requirements.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in HVAC service.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Strong understanding of advanced concepts in air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in interpreting schematics and work plans.
  • Willingness to work after hours, on weekends, and during public holidays with little notice.
  • Capability to work in confined spaces.
