Hotel Housekeeper

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for cleanliness? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional guest service? We are seeking a skilled Hotel Housekeeper to join our team at the Oxford Collection of hotels.

The Hotel Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas. This includes performing daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks, restocking supplies, and ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.

• Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms, including completing pre-clean duties and performing cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping.
• Keep all hallways, public areas, and closets neat and clean, and prepare the housekeeping cleaning cart for the next day's use.
• Provide guest items to the manager or supervisor and record them in the lost and found at the end of the shift.
• Perform all tasks in compliance with federal, state, local, food safety, and sanitation requirements, as well as Oxford Collection of hotels safety standards and security procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about and able to respond to emergency situations, and report any maintenance repairs needed immediately to the supervisor or General Manager.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospitality/hotel work experience preferred.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable and consistent attendance.

• Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements frequently.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally and often exert up to 20 pounds of force to push, pull, carry, lift, or otherwise move objects.
• Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis.
• While primarily an indoor job, must be able to walk outside in a variety of weather conditions.
• Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside and frequently lift 20 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
