Childcare Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Specialist to join our team at The Learning Experience #253. As a Childcare Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young children, where they can thrive academically and emotionally.

• Create a welcoming and safe space for children to learn and play
• Develop and implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with infants, toddlers, or preschool children in a way that is consistent with their unique needs
• Communicate regularly with parents through mobile apps and personal discussions
• Support the center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals

• 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months of experience (required)
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or high school diploma/GED (required)

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
