HR Assistant III Position

Innova Solutions is hiring for a Full-time, Contract HR Administrative Assistant in Middletown PA 17057. The successful candidate will work under general supervision, performing a variety of tasks including scheduling appointments, giving information to callers, and taking dictation. The role requires a high school diploma with at least 5 - 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field is essential. A strong understanding of business software and systems is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
- Generate reports, handle multiple projects, and prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.
- Research and create presentations.
Pay and Benefits:
- PAY RANGE: $18 – 20 per hour
