Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cart Attendant Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our Front-End Service team, you will be responsible for ensuring customers have a great first and last impression by gathering carts from the parking lot and operating equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cart Retrieval: Gather carts from the parking lot and transport them to the designated area.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive attitude in all weather conditions.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull carts and equipment as needed.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
