We are in search of a highly driven and experienced SAP Program Manager to spearhead our financial integration initiatives.
This position demands a dynamic leader capable of navigating intricate technical and strategic environments, particularly within SAP and HANA frameworks.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in finance and technology, complemented by a consultative approach and the capability to manage extensive integrations and strategic projects.

Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization to guarantee seamless integration and effective communication.
Team Development:
Mentor and support team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline. An MBA or other advanced degrees are advantageous.
Experience:
A minimum of 8-10 years in SAP program management, focusing on financial integrations and HANA. Experience in a Big 4 consultancy or Fortune 500 company is highly desirable.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and achieve results.
Technical Skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of SAP, HANA, APAR, and other financial systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Strong emotional intelligence with the capacity to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
