We are seeking a highly skilled Breastfeeding Specialist to join our team at Northern Arizona Healthcare Corporation. As a key member of our Breastfeeding Center, you will play a vital role in providing expert care and education to breastfeeding mothers and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients seeking breastfeeding expertise
• Develop and implement personalized plans of care for breastfeeding mothers
• Provide education and support to families, staff, and providers on breastfeeding best practices
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and communication
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in lactation care

Requirements:

• National Certification as IBCLC
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification
• Hands-on experience supporting and educating breastfeeding women
• Evaluation of Services experience
• Program Development experience (preferred)
