We are seeking **FRONT DESK HOSTS/HOSTESSES** who excel in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Can you:

• Exhibit a warm, welcoming, and enthusiastic service-oriented demeanor both in person and over the phone?
• Handle guest concerns or issues with a positive attitude, regardless of the situation?
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members in a friendly and professional manner?
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and colleagues?
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently?
• Maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff?
• Perform all duties with a friendly and professional approach?
• Demonstrate a passion for working in a dynamic, team-oriented setting?
• Be available to work on all holidays?
