Private Duty Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse - LVN/LPN to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
- Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Documenting care provided in our system of record
- Providing health education and training to family members
- A competitive hourly rate

- Access to ongoing education and training
- Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
