Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Milling Machinist to join our team at Superior Aerospace Precision Machining. This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.


The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of related manufacturing experience, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.


Responsibilities:
  • Set up new and repeat jobs in various machines, ensuring accurate measurements and conformance to specifications.
  • Evaluate repeat jobs for opportunities to reduce time and motions, implementing process improvements as needed.
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Management on department and shop initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 401k, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, AD&D, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement after one year of employment.
