Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Salary Range: USD $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Job Summary
SpringHealth is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Lawrenceville clinic. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior plans, providing training to staff, and working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. This role requires a Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, as well as BCBA certification.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to meet the treatment needs of patients.
• Train staff on Positive Behavior Support methodology and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) to provide expert advice on behavioral issues.
• Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and provide behavior analytic interpretations of results.
• Provide direct behavioral treatment to clients via replacement skills training, social skills training, crisis de-escalation, group behavioral treatment, individual behavioral treatment, and/or skills coaching.

Qualifications
• Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively present information to individuals and groups.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Reasoning ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
