Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Avera St Luke's-Therapy Center. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and executing all aspects of Occupational Therapy to develop and restore maximal functional level in patients with disabilities, disorders, and injuries.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and functional abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on how to perform daily living activities and maintain independence
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Current licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in South Dakota
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license

Work Schedule:

8:00 am - 5:00 pm as needed; PRN

Pay:

The hourly range for this position is $30.25 - $45.75 per hour, dependent on experience.
