Key Responsibilities- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Restocking and Replenishing: Restock and replace used items within guest rooms, ensuring that all amenities are available for our guests.
- Communication: Communicate the clean status of each room upon completion to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Equipment Maintenance: Check all equipment prior to and after use to ensure that it is in good working order.
- Guest Interaction: Respond to all hotel guests efficiently and in an appropriately friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Physical Demands: Ability and willingness to stand for 8 hours at a time, bend, stretch, reach, and push up to 20 lbs.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping is strongly preferred.
- Language Skills: Must be able to communicate basic hospitality needs with guests in English.
