About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Specialist to join our team at Parker Hannifin Corporation in Kearney, NE. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical theory and systems, with excellent knowledge of electrical codes and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams for new installations and diagnosing electrical problems.
  • Install conduit raceways in sizes 1/2 to 4 EMT for various service feeds and branch circuit feeds.
  • Size wiring based on the National Electrical Code.
  • Identify and mitigate electrical safety hazards and NEC violations.
  • Design and develop prints and diagrams for new electrical installations using CAD software.
  • Communicate with code enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities during inspections.
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks on electrical equipment.
  • Use various meters, including volt-ohm meters, Megger, and infrared cameras.
  • Complete paperwork, including CMMS work orders and inspection reports.
  • Work late evenings, early mornings, or unscheduled hours for emergency repairs.
  • Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized.

About You:

  • Required: Nebraska Class A Journeyman License with 3-5 years of work experience and a valid driver's license.
  • Preferred: Electrical technology degree from an accredited trade school.

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
