APP Hospitalist

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute is seeking a highly skilled APP Hospitalist to join our team. As a key member of our hospitalist team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education in an in-patient setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist physician in the care and teaching of patients in in-patient setting.
- Monitor and control costs and revenue.
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion while performing duties.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, master's degree in nursing or post-masters nurse practitioner certificate program.
- Current license/registration to practice in the state of Florida, prescriptive privileges or eligible to apply.
- Certification from American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or the Oncology Nurses Certification Corporation (ONCC).
- BLS certified.
- Fluency in the English language with verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively to diverse populations.
