About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist at Rehab America, you will play a vital part in helping adults recover functional abilities and independence after surgery, injury, or medical crisis. Our team-based approach ensures that patients receive comprehensive care, and we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct, supervise, evaluate, and provide physical therapy services according to accepted standards of treatment to patients as prescribed by the attending physician.
Instruct agency visit staff, patients, and families in the use of prosthetic, orthotic, assistive devices, and home exercise programs.
Complete clinical/progress notes on the date of the visit and turn in documentation per agency policy.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Current Auto Liability Insurance according to company policy.
