We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Trauma PCU team in an inpatient setting, working nights. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Trauma PCU
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in nursing student education and clinical training programs
- Meet the requirements of a 36/48 schedule, with flexibility to pick up additional shifts as needed
- Active RN license in the state of employment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a PCU or similar setting
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR system
- Competitive hourly rate
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Opportunities for professional growth and development
