Lawn Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lawn Care Technician to join our team. As a Lawn Care Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of lawn care tasks, ensuring the health and vitality of our clients' lawns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine lawn care maintenance tasks, including applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to ensure optimal lawn health, tick and mosquito spraying, and plant health care fertilizing following industry best practices and safety guidelines.
- Perform aeration and over-seeding as required to maintain a vibrant and lush lawn.
- Identify and address common lawn issues such as pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies, applying appropriate treatments.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including spreaders and sprayers, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
- Collaborate with the landscape team to provide input and support in landscape enhancement projects, planting, and irrigation systems maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and providing recommendations for ongoing lawn care maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, time spent, and specific tasks completed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lawn care maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of different grass varieties, lawn care techniques, and pest management practices.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining lawn care equipment and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve common lawn issues.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to efficiently complete tasks.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with other team members.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and operating machinery for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
