Job Title: Millwright

Prime Machine is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. As a Millwright, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment according to specifications
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure safety protocols are followed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification preferred
  • Proven experience as a Millwright or similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documentation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
