About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team in providing high-quality care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a pediatric private duty nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
  • Other LPN duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state in which the LPN practices
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility)
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year prior LPN experience preferred
